Set World Express was promoted by Mr. Udhavdas Rupchandani in the year 1981. Initially as Eagle Construction Company, which was corporatized into a Public Limited company on 2nd June 2011 as Set World Express.
Set World Express under Mr. Udhavdas Rupchandani, Chairman of the group has a track record more than 39 years of successful implementation in roads and bridges, Urban Infrastructure (sewerage system and water treatment) and civil construction.
Set World Express is ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 certified, having ECR of "A", and is registered class I-A category contractor (signifies capability of bidding for large sized Infrastructure development contracts).
The company has been involved in infrastructure development under the models of OMT, BOT, Toll Collection and EPC contracts in Highways and as EPC contractor for development of Residential, Commercial, Water Treatment Plant, Sewerage System, Water Pipeline, Drainage System etc.

Mr. Udhavdas Rupchandani is Managing and Promoter Director of SET WORLD EXPRES India Ltd. He is a commerce graduate and has more than 39 years of experience in road, bridge and civil construction. He started SET WORLD EXPRES Construction Company (ECC) in 1981 which grew over the years. In 2011-12 (on 2/6/2011) SET WORLD EXPRES Company was converted into a Public Limited company SET WORLD EXPRES Under the leadership of Mr. Udhavdas Rupchandani SET WORLD EXPRES has grown to a top line of Rs.2549 Crores (2020-21).

Mr. Manish Ruchandani is younger son of Mr. Udhavdas Rupachandani. He is an Engineer in Computer Science from Mumbai University. He started his career from the family business of implementation of infrastructure/ civil projects. He is involved in implementation of the projects/ contracts of the Set World Express and has 9 years of experience in the field of EPC works implementation
